Planting Chillies

The best way to plant chillies without having to pay a lot of attention to it is by planting it inside a polystyrene fishing box. Ample of soil and u can plant as many as 10-15 plants in that box. They will eagerly fight with each other to grow and below is the result...! Nice? Hell nice..!

Do you know there's a substitute for sugar?

People were trying to substitute sugar for years. Mostly involve chemical and what not. There's a sweetener produced by ajinomoto! What do you expect?

As most people don't care what's being consumed in their body, some concerned people keep on researching.

This is what they've got. And that is why I'm experiencing with it.

It's Stevia!

Good soil

This is my just completed good mix of soil, contains of:

1. Raw sands
2. Black fertilized soil
3. Red laterite like soil
4. Nyonya Super soil
5. Peat Gro

Pretty good result though. For the past few months :)

We've planted Bok Choys at our back yard. It's been maybe 3 weeks and we've finally harvest it for our dinner...!

Why Gardening?

I used to (and still) love cooking. The urge to cook came after the need to satisfy my very own need to eat food with the specific flavor or taste I wanted to. Those days, it was challenging and still I am still looking forward for producing food that I have never did.

As my father retires, I started to stay on my own (in my own home) since 2008. My mom left a few pots of her plants with me since getting everything on the truck is pretty impractical. My parents are thing junkies. They kept on buy things and keep them for good.

I have no problem taking care of those plants. I water 'em everyday (there were just 3-4 pots anyway).

But i started to have problem when I'm away. Those plants gets dry and dead.

What happened next?
